Chef de Partie 100% Travel Task Force. $20.00 Per Hour Plus OT. This is a Travel Position.
We Pay for Travel and one meal per day per shift. Housing Units.
$116 Per Week Rent Plus $25 Weekly Deposit. Will have Room Mate at employee housing.
Chef de Parties Duties:
Station management:
Overseeing a specific area of the kitchen, such as the grill, pantry, or pastry station.
Food preparation:
Prepping ingredients like chopping, measuring, and butchering.
Dish creation:
Cooking and presenting dishes according to established recipes and standards.
Inventory and stock:
Ordering, managing, and keeping the station stocked with necessary ingredients.
Safety and sanitation:
Enforcing and adhering to all health and hygiene standards and proper food storage procedures.
