Your Mission

Own the last mile for critical fire protection materials. You will load, secure, and transport company vehicles according to DOT and licensing standards, delivering finished goods to customer shops and jobsites where installation happens.

Core Responsibilities

• Navigate via maps or written directions to each destination.
• Survey jobsite conditions and unload safely and efficiently.
• Collect required signatures on delivery documents.
• Operate boom crane or other truck‑mounted equipment when necessary.
• Complete daily vehicle inspections and maintain driver logs.
• Comply fully with DOT and licensing requirements.
• Support variable schedules, including nights, weekends, and early mornings.
• Lift and stage materials for shipment.
• Prepare crates and boxes for loading using available equipment.
• Load and unload pipe and material from flatbed and box trailers.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by the warehouse lead, fabrication manager, or branch operations manager.

Qualifications

• CDL‑B license with equipment certifications (crane, industrial truck).
• Minimum 6 months of prior driving experience.
• Basic keypad/keyboard capability.
• Familiarity with RF/barcoding technology is beneficial.
• 1 year working in a multitask, time‑constrained environment.
• Proficient arithmetic using whole numbers and decimals.

Proficiencies

• DOT Medical Card
• Current CDL License
