So, we will look to you to spot and take every opportunity to improve quality, safety, and performance.
Schedule:
Sunday – Thursday
9:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Operate blending equipment including shut down/start up procedures, troubleshoot equipment problems
Follow blending instructions and sampling plans as requested
Fill out blending records, and documents as required
Have general knowledge of ingredients being used
Complete equipment and environment cleaning requirements
Disassemble, clean and reassemble equipment to meet company, customer, and regulatory inspections
Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and guidelines to maintain a clean & sanitary workplace
Complete additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership
Physical ability to complete job duties, which may include standing for long periods
Ability to follow directions accurately
Attention to detail and organization skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Time management skills
Lift and handle up to 100lb containers
Ability to work in a team/collaboratively

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
