Job Definition:

• Report to the Service Manager on Duty and/or the Banquet Supervisor.
• Adheres to and practices all guidelines and procedures as set forth in the Employee Manual.

Job Duties:

• Completes required set-up/preparation of area prior to scheduled event(s).
• Serves food/drink to members/guests following service standards.
• Monitors members/guests anticipates needs, responds to requests, ensures satisfaction.
• Clears tables and breaks down area after completion of food service activity.
• Completes assigned end of shift duties.
• Other duties as assigned.

General:

• Promotes and applies teamwork skills at al times.
• Notifies appropriate indiviual promptly and fully of problems and/or unusual matters of significance.
• Is polite, friendly, and helpful to members/guests, management and fellow employees.
• Complies with required safety regulations and procedures.
• Attends appropriate department meetings and training sessions.
• Complies with club standards, policies, and rules.
• Remains current with club information and changes.
• Complies with club uniform and grooming standards.
