West Town Location!: Hoosier Mama Pie Company in is looking for a talented, reliable pastry chef to join our team. Two years previous kitchen experience is required. Should be creative and genuinely enjoy working with food. Must be reliable with a good grasp of baking techniques and food service sanitation. Should have experience ordering, scheduling and managing a kitchen. Experience baking with seasonal ingredients. Schedule is four 10 to 12 hour days. Covering as needed, must be available during holidays. Shift swaps between both of our locations (West Town and Evanston locations) as needed. Please email a brief cover letter and resume.
