Job Title: Assembler
Location: Zeeland, MI
Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift: 6am-3pm Monday-Friday
Pay: $18/hr
Position Summary:
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Assemblers to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling door glass units and related components to meet production and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble door glass products and components according to work instructions and blueprints.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and effectively.
- Inspect materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications.
- Package, label, and prepare products for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Reliable attendance and good teamwork skills.
- Able to stand, bend, and lift up to 50lbs throughout the shift.
