Job Responsibilities
- Perform aesthetic medical treatments such as neurotoxin, intravenous (IV), IPL, RF microneedling and other physician-approved procedures.
- Assist physicians during laser, regenerative, and anti-aging treatments.
- Conduct patient intake, medical history review, and treatment documentation.
- Provide pre-treatment instructions and thorough post-treatment care guidance.
- Monitor patient responses during and after procedures to ensure safety at all times.
- Educate clients on treatment benefits, skincare routines, and product usage.
- Stay current with industry standards, aesthetic technologies, and continuing education.
Job Requirements
- Current and valid California RN license (required).
- 2+ year of experience in aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or related field preferred (<1 year experience may be acceptable for otherwise exceptional candidates).
- Skilled in aesthetic procedures, or have a strong willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication, bedside manner, and patient care skills.
- Professional, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Passion for aesthetics and helping patients achieve their goals.
