Work Environment The work environment varies based on location. Monday through Friday (hybrid schedule). 8am to 4:30pm. Will be onsite Tuesday through Thursday and working from home Mondays and Fridays. Job Description The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, a solid understanding of basic accounting principles, and excellent documentation abilities. You should be adept at research and resolution, capable of multi-tasking, and have outstanding verbal and written communication skills. The ability to meet established deadlines is crucial. This role requires experience in data entry, record keeping, and computer operation. While accounts payable and receivable experience is a plus, it is essential to have a team player attitude and a strong customer service orientation. Prior experience with Salesforce will be advantageous. Responsibilities + Process new membership agreements, hold requests, and other billing-related member requests. + Prepare KPI trackers. + Collaborate closely with the Sales team and Member Experience team to ensure an excellent member experience. + Work with the Accounts Receivable team to resolve invoicing issues. Qualifications: + Minimum one year of experience in general accounting or transaction processing (if no degree) + Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks. + Strong problem-solving skills. + Knowledge of basic accounting principles. + Excellent documentation skills. + Ability to conduct research and resolve issues effectively. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with data entry and record keeping. + Computer operation proficiency. + Experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. + Team player attitude. + Strong customer service orientation. + Prior experience using Salesforce CRM. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Vernon Hills, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
