The Incentives, Benefits & Reconciliation Accounting department at BCBST is looking to add an entry\-level Accountant to our team\. The ideal candidate is organized, detail\-oriented and self\-motivated withadvancedExcel skills and the ability to manage and analyze large datasets\. This role will be responsible for account reconciliations, research and analysis of variances/transactions, and journal entries\. **Job Responsibilities** + Maintaining financial records in accordance with GAAP and organizational standards\. + Creating reports on financial performance for internal and external use\. + Performing balance sheet and P&L reconciliations\. + Creating and utilizing automated tools for the updating, analyzing and reporting of consolidated financial results\. **Job Qualifications** _Education_ + Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience is required\.
